we1we's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their we1we account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. we1we makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
